Sunnyland Beach is a distinctive community located in the southern part of the Space Coast of Florida, adjacent to the Archie Carr National Wildlife Refuge and the Indian River Lagoon Preserve State Park. Our boundaries extend from the Atlantic Ocean to the Indian River characterized by deep water canals that enable access to the Intracoastal Waterway and the scenic Spoonbill Lagoon

The Mullet Creek Islands (located within these wilderness preserves) provide breathtaking exposure to wide varieties of fish, water fowl, manatees and endangered species. Sunnyland Beach is one of the largest single family communities in the south beaches of Brevard.  Our proximity to County and State facilities provides residents with a wide array of recreational opportunities.  Our pristine beach stretches for miles and is home to the largest Sea Turtle nesting grounds in North and South America.
